Suzan Ngan was the Art Director & Brand Operation Manager of B8.
B8 is an extension project of the fashion label B8 est. in 2016 including entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle.
She formed the first 100% vegan restaurant of Dorchester,
and inspired a lot of local restaurant owners and meat-eaters to open their mind of vegan diet.

She has created a characteristic spot which provide local sourced avant-garde plant-based asian fusion cuisine, live music, events, arts, homely, good-vibes-only community for locals and everyone.
Since the shop open in 2020, its been highly rated on most platforms at least 4.7/5 e.g. Tripadvisor, Google, Facebook, Happy Cow, Deliveroo, Just Eat etc.

Suzan has created all the secret recipes and B8 signature dishes and inspire her team with the vegan concept of B8 Cafe.
She also created a lot of marketing materials and events based on her artistic blood and background.
